When you contact LE PEI or submit an enquiry, you may provide your name, company name, telephone number, email address, messaging ID, project requirements and other information needed to understand the requested supply chain service.
How information is used
LE PEI uses enquiry information to respond to requests, review sourcing and coordination requirements, communicate about potential or active projects and maintain necessary business records.
Information sharing
Information may be shared with prospective manufacturers, suppliers, inspection providers, logistics providers or other service parties when reasonably needed to evaluate or perform the requested scope. LE PEI does not sell enquiry information.
Retention and security
Business enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for communication, service delivery, recordkeeping and applicable business obligations. Reasonable administrative and technical measures are used to protect it.
Your choices
You may request correction or deletion of information previously submitted, subject to information that must be retained for legitimate business or legal purposes.
